Lubbock is the biggest city we serve. The Hub City sits about 90 miles northeast of Seminole via US-62/82, and its housing growth keeps a steady stream of landscapes to build. New subdivisions south of Loop 289 and out toward Wolfforth deliver homes with blank backyards, and that blank slate is our favorite starting point: full design, irrigation, turf, beds, and outdoor living in one planned build.

On the South Plains the ground runs sandier than the basin caliche further south, which changes how we prep soil and schedule watering, details that decide whether a lawn establishes or struggles.
